Elwin de Groot is a seasoned Senior Development Executive and Executive Producer with a strong background in unscripted formats in the US and internationally.
With over a decade of experience, Elwin has worked as SVP of Entertainment at Optomen Productions (All3Media), Senior Creative Director at Armoza Formats in Israel, Senior Development Producer at MTV Entertainment/ Paramount+ and Sony Pictures Television, and held creative positions at Talpa Content and Endemol Shine in the Netherlands.
He has developed/ co-developed shows in numerous markets around the world including the US (NBC, Fox, Paramount+), UK (ITV, Channel4), The Netherlands (Net5) etc.
He currently consults as Head of Development for Youngest Media Group US and as Senior Advisor to Tokyo Broadcasting System International. He is based in Los Angeles.
